Overview
Warframe\'s playable characters are called Warframes – bio-mechanical suits of immense power piloted by the Tenno, ancient warriors awakened from cryosleep. Each Warframe is a unique character with distinct abilities, stats, and playstyle. In addition to Warframes, the game features several key non-playable characters (NPCs) that drive the story and provide services.

How to Obtain Warframes
Most warframes are acquired by defeating specific boss nodes on the star chart (components drop as blueprints). Prime warframes come from relic missions.
