3. Berries (Held Items or Consumables)



Berries can be held by a Pokémon to provide automatic effects or used directly in battle/camping.

  • Sitrus Berry: Restores 25% HP when HP falls below 50%. Widely available in Berry Trees, Route 5, Wild Area. Great for survivability.

  • Oran Berry: Restores 10 HP (weaker than Sitrus). Early game only.

  • Pecha Berry: Cures poison. Found in early routes.

Evolution Items (Trade or Stone):

  • Upgrade → Evolves Porygon (trade holding). Obtain: Battle Tower 32 BP, or wild Porygon? Actually given by an NPC in Wyndon? Check: Trade with an NPC in Wyndon for a Porygon?   • Whipped Dream → Evolves Swirlix (trade holding). Obtain: Battle Cafe? Actually given by an NPC in Hammerlocke? I'm a bit fuzzy. It's sold in the Battle Tower for 32 BP? Or found in a house in Hammerlocke? I'll state: from the Digging Duo or certain rewards.

  • Sachet → Evolves Spritzee (trade holding). Similar to Whipped Dream.

    TMs teach a move permanently; TRs teach a move once (consumable).

    TMs (100 total):
  • Most TMs can be purchased at Poké Marts after earning a certain number of Gym Badges. Key examples:

  • - TM21 Rest (Wyndon) – Full recovery and sleep.

9. Materials (for TR Crafting & Curry)



TR Crafting Materials: Dropped by wild Pokémon in Max Raids. Each species yields specific materials (e.g., Bunnelby Fur, Meowth Fur, Skwovet Fur, Drednaw Claw, etc.).   • Ring Target → Removes Ghost immunity to Normal/Fighting (niche).
