Important Notes

Important Notes for Brawl Stars

⚠️ Warnings & Pitfalls

  • Don't waste Gems on regular Boxes – Gems are the premium currency. The worst mistake is spending them on normal Brawl Boxes (80 gems each) or Mega Boxes (190 gems). Always save your gems for the Brawl Pass (169 gems) which gives far more value: exclusive Brawler, pins, skins, Gadgets, Star Powers, and large amounts of boxes. The Brawl Pass is the only truly worth gem purchase.

  • Auto-Aim over-reliance – Auto-aim is convenient but inaccurate at range. Many projectiles require leading the target. Relying on it will cause you to miss crucial shots, especially with snipers (Piper, Belle) or throwers (Barley, Tick). Learn to manually aim by dragging your attack button and adjusting the trajectory.

  • Neglecting Brawler Variety – Players often main one or two Brawlers and ignore others. This is a trap. To climb trophies efficiently, you need a diverse roster because maps rotate and some Brawlers are useless on certain maps. Also, game modes have different meta (Gem Grab vs. Bounty). Branch out early.

  • Ignoring the Brawl Pass – If you play daily, the free Brawl Pass gives decent rewards, but the paid track is phenomenal. Even if you don't buy it, complete the free quests to get boxes and tokens. The end-of-season rewards are substantial.

  • Spending Star Points unwisely – Star Points are used to buy exclusive skins and boxes. Once you have a favorite skin, it's fine, but many players waste 10,000 Star Points on a Big Box that gives junk. Prioritize skins you love, or save for special limited-time skins.
